Dr. Robert Pollack

CEO/Co-Founder

Robert W. Pollack, M.D. CEO is a Florida-licensed Board Certified Psychiatrist. Prior to completing medical school and psychiatric training he graduated from Yale university with a BS in Biology. He has been in practice since 1977 and has served the public in many capacities. He has been granted Distinguished Life Fellow status by the American Psychiatric Association Board of Trustees, January 1, 2020. He was awarded the Florida HealthCare Coalition Award for Quality Achievement.  Dr. Pollack also developed, owned and operated a national managed health care organization. His current special interests focus on the use of Genomics to aid in the determination of the most efficacious way to utilize psychotropic medications as well as the use of rTMS and Ketamine Infusions in the treatment of refractory depressions and other psychiatric illnesses.

Sam Romeo

COO/Vice President Sales and Marketing/Co-Founder

Sam worked in the metals industry from 1976 thru 2020.  He held varying positions with Kaiser Aluminum from 1976 thru 2011.  During that time, he managed and had assignments in the United States, West Africa, Canada, and North Wales.   Sam spent time in both operational and commercial management with his last role being Vice President of Sales for the Aerospace, Distribution and Defense markets.  From 2011 to 2020 Sam was the President of Sunshine Metals, a global supplier of Aluminum serving the aerospace, commercial and defense markets.  In addition to his role as President of Sunshine Metals Sam was the Senior Vice President of North America for Aero Metals Alliance.  Mr. Romeo received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Pikeville College. After receiving his degree from Pikeville College Sam had continuing education from the Harvard School of Business and the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University.

Allison Kramer

Clinical Administrator

Allison is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with multiple years of experience with behavioral health.  After graduating with her undergraduate degree, Allison worked in the corporate world within both Sales and Human Resources for multiple years until returning back to school to receive her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.  Allison has held key roles in companies that she has worked for including Operations and Compliance Officer, Human Resources Manager, and lead Therapist overseeing a client population for a government contract.  Allison’s diverse work background has allowed her opportunity to utilize her skills and knowledge to fulfill her passion of helping companies and clients succeed.
