Policy: It is the policy of Integrated Telehealth Services to oversee the device management for each patient from the time the patient receives the device until the patient discontinues services of the device with ITS.

Standards:
- All patients will be provided a step-by-step process of how to activate and use the device and phone application.
- ITS Clinical Support Specialist will contact assigned patients to walk each patient through the process of setting up their device, as well as answer questions related to using the device.
- ITS Clinical Support Specialist will manage patient data and ensure patients are using the device consistently and appropriately.
- ITS Clinical Support Specialist will reach out to each patient on a set schedule to allow for patients to have consistent device support.
- ITS Clinical Support Specialist will answer questions by patients regarding device challenges or issues if patient reaches out.
- ITS Clinical Support Specialist will reach out to patients regarding alerts to ensure patient is utilizing device appropriately.
- Patients will be provided with a replacement device if device does not work properly.
